Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

Order fulfillment is split into processing and transit periods per US FTC Mail Order Rule requirements:
  • Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excludes weekends & US federal public holidays).
  • Dispatch Window: Items will be shipped out from our warehouses within a maximum of 7 business days upon order placement.
Important: In case of out-of-stock, warehouse backlog or unexpected supply delay, we will notify buyers via registered email within 3 business days; customers reserve the right to cancel orders for full refund free of any extra cost.
Once dispatched, a shipping confirmation email with valid tracking number will be sent to your registered mailbox within 24 hours. Kindly check spam/junk inbox if you fail to receive the mail; contact our support promptly for tracking resend if needed.

2. Shipping Rate & Delivery Zones

United States Shipping

  • Free Standard Shipping applies only to contiguous 48 Southern & Continental US states; delivery service is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, US territories (Puerto Rico, Guam etc.) and PO Box addresses.
  • Estimated transit time (business days, excluding carrier delay/holiday suspension):
    • US West (ZIP starting with 8–9): 5–10 business days
    • US Central (ZIP starting with 5–7): 3–10 business days
    • US East (ZIP starting with 0–4): 5–15 business days

Canada Shipping

Flat shipping cost: $150 per Canadian order, estimated delivery: 25–30 business days.
Duty Statement (DDP Term): We cover all customs import duties for Canada shipments; local sales tax/VAT imposed by Canadian customs shall be borne by buyers as per local law.

Optional Express Upgrade

Express expedited shipping is available at an optional flat rate of $10 per order. Express orders will be prioritized for picking & dispatching during inventory shortage or warehouse peak season (no mandatory purchase required).

3. Approved Carriers & Warehouse Info

Available shipping carriers: FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL.

We have multiple US warehouses, orders will be fulfilled from the nearest available warehouse automatically to shorten delivery time:

4. Additional Terms & Liability

  1. Customs Regulation: We adopt DDP delivery term for all international shipments; import customs duties are covered by our company, while destination country local consumption tax/VAT is buyer’s responsibility where applicable.
  2. Transit delay caused by carrier congestion, extreme weather, customs inspection or force majeure is out of our control and will not trigger free refund/compensation.
  3. For lost/damaged parcel during transit, please email us within 7 days after delivery due date for claim assistance.
