Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window, valid starting from the date customers receive their ordered items.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return due to buyer’s personal preference:

Items must remain unused, unassembled, with all original tags, accessories and complete original factory packaging intact. Valid purchase receipt or order confirmation is required for all return applications.

Items damaged by improper assembly, human misuse, missing original parts or worn condition are not eligible for full refund; partial refund or return rejection applies per inspection result.

How to Start a Return

Submit your return request via our official mailbox: jumptastictrampolines@gmail.com within the 30-day return period.

Once your application gets approved, we will issue a return shipping label together with detailed return address & shipping guidelines.

Goods sent back without prior official return approval will be refused upon receipt and no refund will be processed.

After receiving the approved return label, buyers need to ship out returned goods within 7 business days; overdue returns will be automatically invalidated.

Return Shipping Cost Allocation (Legal Compliance Split)

  1. Buyer’s personal reason return (dislike, size mismatch, unwanted purchase): All incurred return shipping fees shall be covered by the customer.
  2. Merchant-caused return (defective item, wrong item shipped, factory damage): We fully cover all return delivery cost and provide pre-paid return label free of charge.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please fully inspect your trampoline order immediately upon delivery. Contact our customer service without delay if you receive defective, broken or incorrect goods. We will arrange replacement, full refund or free return per your preference at our cost after verification.

Exchanges

  • For personal preference: Return the product following our standard return process, then place a new separate order for desired items.
  • For factory defect/wrong shipment: Free exchange service available, we bear all related round-trip shipping fees.

Refund Processing Rules

After we receive and complete quality inspection of returned items:
  1. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1–3 business days.
  2. Please note banks, credit card issuers or third-party payment platforms need extra processing time (normally 3–10 business days) to post funds to your account, which is out of our operational control.
  3. If return gets rejected after inspection, we will notify you via email; you may choose to pay return freight for item resending or authorize us to discard the goods after 14-day waiting period.

Extra Terms

  • Force majeure (natural disaster, carrier suspension, customs delay) may delay refund progress reasonably without compensation.
  • For Canada orders, cross-border return customs expense shall follow respective country’s import regulation based on return reason.
